I finally got around to actually reading the debate and my conclusion is that Valerie Parkhurst did not write most of the debate. The spelling is too good, and use of big words tells me Val had someone write this for her.

Interesting that when someone she knows (see her content of her last answer in the debate) is accused of a sex crime - it is false! I find that hilarious - I have seen her post numerous times that basically anyone who claims false accusation is full of it! That is of course until it applies to her or hers -

Well, I certainly don't wish a false accusation on anyone even if they are a friend of Valerie's. And yes, she has basically called me a liar on many occasions when it comes to my hubs situation. *shrug*
Maybe at least she's seen how easy it is to be falsely accused (if he's innocent) and how much it can wreck not just the accused's life but those around him as well

Me either - but according to her post it was not that bad like we all say - if I read that correctly - but knowing the things I know I doubt very highly that one court hearing would get charges dropped for a false accusation - if she is telling the truth I doubt it is over as she seems to project.

Actually, she said "yesterday's appearance was the 3rd time" and that she's appalled at the justice system. That it's had some effect on her but it's not as hard hitting as those at DS would like.
Personally, I wouldn't wish a false accusation on my worst enemy. Even if it's tossed out, it can still come back to haunt a person.

Yeah, I read that too. If what she says is true, and her friend IS accused, I feel sorry for her friend, their family and friends. Like Faeryedark, I don't wish this life on anyone. I highly doubt this case will be thrown out though. If this is their third attempt at getting the case tossed, and her friend is still charged, I highly doubt it will be dropped. I hope I'm wrong....

Besides that, I too wish I could vote. Independant clearly won as Val never had any citations to back up any of her claims. And when she doesn't like san answer to one of them, she says she doesn't trust the source (but I'd bet that if that same study backed up her assertions, she would trust it).

ThoughtAsWeak and all - I agree - I would not wish this on anyone. However, depending on how close a person this is is what will determine how bad she thinks it is - if they are in Fl and wind up on the registry - which often does not matter as far as guilt goes at all - if she is involved in that persons life then she will see. Now I also have to add I am not sure what she has said is accurate - even if someone is falsely accused and goes to court 3 times and is exonerated - you and all all know it is not a cake walk in any way shape or form. And there would have to be some awfully strong evidence to get the DA to drop the charges. I would tend more to think it is either made up completely or not someone close to her

The Davey Police and FBI are aware of her antics including suggesting vigilante violence, which should be a hate crime, against us. I have told her I want to have coffee with her when in Florida and she quickly informed me she is NOT MY FRIEND. LOL...... I am going to look and see how far Davey is from Tallahassee.... Here is the real test to see if valigator thinks she won, posting the link on her website. If she does not post it on her website then she clearly concedes and I have won. If she posts it than people that read her blog will get to see how foolish she looks in the debate.

I found it very interesting that at the end we were called simpletons and you a deviant. Since I am certainly not a simpleton, it did give me an insight to someone's mind that fights the righteous path. Most people would call her a do-gooder. I would call her a mean weller. She means well, but seldom does good.

I am not sure how we have become a nation of judgmental people with no compassion or any attempt at understanding. How we now believe that it is okay to elevate ourselves as Gods. I say that only in the context of judging another. I believe that it is God's job to judge and personally, it is not a job that I want. I can agree that not all actions are something I would agree with, but seldom does an action define an entire person.

I went to see Cinderella this last weekend and thought the one line is something we should all carry with us - "have courage and be kind".
