In my opinion, it is a stretch to believe that child porn downloaders and viewers of these videos are the "proximate cause" of these child porn victims' anguish and pain. Common sense should tell people that the real perpertrators of the emotional pain these kids are experiencing are the monsters that raped or molested these children, filmed it, and made it available on the internet.
Vicky and Amy, (especially Vicky) are the two child porn victims that have hired an attorney who is filing all the law suits against anyone found with either of these kid's videos or picture on their hard drive. BTW, Vicky and Amy was their "child porn" names, not their real names.
Frankly, I think what we have here is an attorney that is using this nonsense as a money train. Granted, the two girls undoubtedly deserve compensation, but full compensation should not come from the downloaders.

You would think that with all the sophisticated software that is available that someone could go in and shut down sites that carry this stuff. But, that's not going to happen. Why? Because there are too many people making a killing off of it. This is just the latest chapter to the story, which is just beginning, I'm afraid.
