you ask tough questions! if I was in a freakish situation where my friend would get killed unless my leg was amputated, I'd choose my friend. if you mean what situation would I prefer to live with I'd say I think I could cope with the grief of a lost friend easier than living a life without my leg. though if it was a family member I'd choose a life without my leg because I'm closer to my family.
