I don't know if I even belong to this group cause I've never been diagnosed or gotten sick because of my eating. But it started in high school when I was skinny although I ate and everybody kept calling me anorexic so I stopped eating I only ate enough to make me live and I ended up getting help through myself because nobody ever noticed and then my senior year in high school I stopped eating for 2 months because I started gaining weight and that's when my wonderful boyfriend and now husband legit forced me to eat and I've been eating normal healthy for about 3 years now but I'm starting to gain weight again and I'm starting to have more of a stomach and it's not flat like it used to be and my brain tells me I need to eat but there's a part of me in my brain that makes me throw up every time I eat and I don't know what to do I've always done this battle of my own but I don't know if I can win this battle. I went to the doctor and I weigh 140 lb which I've never been over 130 so now my brain is calling me fat my own mother keeps asking me if I'm pregnant and all I want to do is starve myself or eat and then throw up because I don't want to be gain weight I don't want to be I don't know

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

I would suggest taking walks. Not only does that lose weight in a healthy way, but going for a walk outside helps clear your head and cheer up your mood.
If you can't go for a walk, do some kind of cardio inside. I put on music and just dance around, or I clean up the house. Try to do some kind of exercise at least every other day. You will feel so much better, and your self esteem really rises.
When you start to lose the weight in a healthy way, you will feel so much better about yourself and your life. This has worked for me. Good luck!
