it makes sense and probably in your childhood you craved for sweets because you were healthy and not lack of vitamins. Now you are and the sweets won't makes you lack of vitamins go away..
1) when u stop eating foods for a long period of time, such as fried foods etc. u stop wanting them...and instead want the food uve been eating
2) ur body is craving these foods because these foods contain something its lacking
3) when ur body was healthy, u werent deficit in certain vitamins so u didnt crave those foods enriched with vitamins and such but instead could crave junk food ...now that ur unhealthy and are lacking in vitamins, ur body isnt gonna waste its time craving foods that wont do it any good
hmmmm....i wonder what the answer is
now chocolate on the other hand I still love !
Your body is telling you what it needs (protein, carbs etc) instead of telling you what you think you want (sugar, fries) It is so amazing for you to actually hear your body. Most people with ED sometimes will never get that opportunity, so keep listening and when you want eggs, have them!
me i hate milk....so i dont know about this one...lol never have liked it never will
My speculation (maybe I heard this somewhere, I don't remember :P ) is that after starving yourself for awhile, your body begins to crave foods that contain nutrients it needs- ie, when it needs potassium you crave bananas.
I'm not totally sure about that but it sorta makes sense ;)
