Sometimes we need to tweak our healthy routines and take charge of moving forward even farther. If something isn't working, we can change it. It's great to get new ideas when we need a refresher for our routines. We have the power to be our own leader. The healthy lifestyle is an ongoing learning process where we change up or add new ideas as we go. So, be a trendsetter, a leader, and take charge of your inner power. ♦ Same SCALE to Measure Yourself - Remember, sometimes the scale doesn't budge, but the waistline will.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body.
