For anyone just getting started, or getting back to it, just remember the place to start is always at the beginning. Seems simple, right? But, the beginning is nothing more than taking care of ourselves, taking stock of where we're at today, making goals and planning to meet them. It's always one step at a time regardless of where you are at. Love the moment, love the goals, and at least enjoy the process of taking care of yourself. Experiment with different ideas to find what works but remember to allow at least a week at something to see if it is doing anything, maybe more. Sticking to a program is always 9/10 of the battle.
There was a quote in one of my diet programs that was fun: "If you bite it or drink it. . . write it!" (or at least be cognizant of it/no absent minding shoveling). Keep monitoring for success!
Keep in mind these FOUR S's of weighing yourself:
♦ Same TIME of day (on the)
♦ Same DAY each week (wearing the)
♦ Same CLOTHING (and using the)
♦ Same SCALE to Measure Yourself - Remember, sometimes your scale won't budge but your waistline will.

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
