Hello to all struggling with weight for whatever reason!! (me=menopause and meds and loving sweet food suddenly) Has
anyone tried these vibrating stand on machines? do they help? I stood on one today at the mall, just for a couple of minutes and I feel my muscles a bit stiff/sore afterwards. Could it be this easy?? cheers. Its good to be on DS but I still get lost all the time! Oh yes and please bring back chat!! xxx

I haven't experienced such a thing but It sure sounds like it would be helpful. They also make little portable mechanisms you can attach to your muscles. I can't think of what they're called at the moment. I hope you get more responses. Surely someone has tried this. :) ♥
