Im 35 yrs old and im to my breaking point. I hit it last night when i was asked out on a date with an attractive guy, he liked my pictures and wanted to meet up with me, then once he saw me he was like nope. I battle with depression and low self esteem. He was big at one point but now looks good, really good. For so long all i have seen is this whale thats disgusting to the opposite sex.
Everyone says i need to love myself before i cam attract someone but my weight is a mood killer. Im not your typical overweight or obese women, i dont eat junk. I want to look better but ive only seen this fat ugly cow. What are some good diets or workouts, im afraid of losing cleavage so what can i do to avoid that? I need help, im going to the gym tonight.

I've been on WeightWatchers, tried Mark Hyman, MD's diet for UltraSimple weightloss, followed Dr. Mercola, and tweaked my diet over the years. Unfortunately, in my prime, I was diagnosed with MS, so now my diet has changed even more. As of June 2nd, I'm following John McDougall, MD. Guess I'm saying, there's no "quick" answer, no perfect turn of things.... we learn as we go, and speak with friends like we do here, getting good feedback and ideas all the time. Hang in there, and if you like, join us on the weekly weigh in for some support too. ☺♥
