What are some little things we can do to slightly reduce our calorie intake?
Here are some examples I use -
-If you eat sandwiches, don't add condiments such as ketchup/catsup and mayonnaise to them; instead, try a slice of tomato or onion to achieve the same results
-Eat salads without any dressing or croutons or bacon bits. Even oil and vinegar dressing has calories in it.
-Eat raw vegetables such as carrots and broccoli without using a dip like ranch dressing. Let yourself taste the vegetables themselves.

I know if I have, oh lets say, 2nd helping of mash potatoes. for the rest of dy I will cut bk on my reg cal intake, to accomidate the cal's of potatoes plus accomidate potatoe starch intake.
If your takeing in enough fiber n water then last thing you'll want is whole potatoe/2nds.
Now I jump start my day with a slice of WW bread and a tbsp of peanut butter. I find that the little bit of protein helps and doesn't make me feel full and lethargic.
