hi. due to the fact that i have polycystic ovary and borderline diabetes i am thinking of hiring a personal trainer. I hired 2 personal trainers before and nothing happened due to my stubborn attitude and not being serious. For the third time, i feel like i wanna try again. The price is 300-400$. 3x a week for 3 months. I've talked to a trainer and he gave me an advice about what to eat. I'm glad that he has a concern about me. Even if i didn't hire him. Now, I feel like I want to hire him. I want to get really serious this time! Should i go? The problem with me is that my motivation is fleeting. After working out for a month I stop. Do u think i should consider it???

I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

There are 3 lifestyles we all need to understand. (I'm having a hard time following this myself!) There is the lifestyle that got us where we are; the lifestyle that will get us down to a healthy weight; and the lifestyle that will keep us at a healthy weight.
I'm too tempted to revert to the first lifestyle when I start getting close to my weight target.
