Hey, my name is Brianna and I'm a 368 pound, chocolate loving, third shift working married mother to one. I'm on week three of the Atkins diet, and I do Thrive from a company called Le-Vel as well. The combination makes me feel like I'm 150 pounds, so I know eventually I will be that size.
With a little work, and a little patience I will reach my goal, just lookin for friends and support from people in the same boat to share with. :-)
Feel free to message me or comment, I'm always looking for friends, as I'm sure some of us know, it's harder to make friends when your a bigger person. At least it always has been for me. Thank god for my husband who is so supporting he does the atkins with me! :-)

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

I am watching portion sizes and doing more movement.
It is so important to put our health first and then everything else will fall into place. Without our health life would be difficult.
I like hearing everyone's ideas and pick out the ones I want to try.
Please post your journey so we can share the good and bad times.
I am almost 66 and when I started this group I was 175, now I am 140. It really helps to get a lot of support. I would like to lose about 20 more but the scale hasn't moved in months. Never give up, because we are worth it.
