I believe cheese is the enemy for me. My doctor told me cheese is making me fat. I didn't do anything about it at the time, but a couple years later, I find myself thinking it's true.
I started drinking these awesome protein drinks (Odwalla chocolate- 33 grams of protein!) and noticed I was craving less cheese- and food in general. I've lost 4 lbs in the last week! I'm paying attention to what I'm eating (to avoid cheese) and I feel better than I have in YEARS.

I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

I know cheese made me gain some weight.
I think that if you are happy with your results, then continue what you are doing. I feel that 4 pounds in a week is awesome and very healthy for someone that is trying to loose weight.
Good Luck!
I'm so happy for you... I started with some shakes too and some vegetable broth and feel more alive than I have in years. Isn't it great?
