I was here last year...early last year I think. I got really off track, and gained additional weight. But I'm done with it. I'm sticking with it with (a lot) of weight to lose. But this time I have better tools to work with that is helping me get and keep the weight off.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. I use the logging feature it has. Not only are you keeping track of calories, but it breaks down your fat, carbs, fiber, sodium, and protein, and shows you were you are after each mean/snack with each one. It just is a very motivational site.
I was putting 6 Tbsp of 1/2&1/2 in my 2 1/2 cups of coffee and discovered I can cut 30% of my DV of sat. fat just by reducing my quantity to 1 tablespoon. Of course my coffee is not as creamy but I have noticed it is easier to keep the weight off.
