Branched chain Amino acids are essential for proper protein absorption and muscle recovery/maintenance. You can buy them in protein shakes or flavored amino powders. GNC has a latte flavored one I use. It really helps me not be so sore after weightlifting and gives me a little brain energy.

Nice if you enjoy going that route. I have supplements that work for me for my multiple sclerosis and my energy. Finding something that works is a huge thing. Great job. I know the exercise also helps promote circulation in the muscles and in the brain. It's a great boost for energy. Helps relieve headaches as well. My problem is waiting too long between meals at times. It's not good to starve the body. My MD, ND used give me a 'talking to' about that.

I have to eat or drink a supplement shake every 2 to 3 hours. I am always hungry and sore from exercise. I would like to learn to do foam rolling as I've heard it helps more than yoga and massage. Does anyone know any resources for learning foam rolling?

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
