Did someone recomment crossfit for you? It looks to be police academy type training and a typical course of exercises. squats, push ups sets, etc. Does your doctor think this is a good idea? I'd love to hear more about how you're treating your Atrial Fib.

Crossfit is a combination of olympic weightlifting, cardio, push ups, pull ups, squats, sit ups etc. It is a pretty inclusive fitness program. It can be really strenuous. It is usually set up in a competitive form (ie. workouts done for time or for the maximum number of reps). I highly recommend it but you definitely have to listen to your body. I'm not familiar with a-fib so I would consult a doctor before doing a program like this. Best of luck to you.

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
