Yup. That is where the picture is from.

Mine is a pic of the back of my Macs. The Apple on the back of them lights up when the lid is open and I took a picture of them in the dark. It signifies my obsession with computers "NEEEEERD!!!"

Mine is a picture from a web cam in Aruba. I went there last year and the web cam that took that picture was attached to our balcony roof. This was the most beautiful place and most peaceful that I have ever visited. Going back to the same peaceful spot in a few weeks.

I already posted yesterday but have since changed my Avi!!! Perhaps I should have kept the one of Groucho Marx as it had some meaning, whereas this one is 'just me' and therefore has no particular significance!!!

(I just felt like 'looking' at all of you, LOL!!!!!)

I'm disgusted by what feels like a constant need to have a state of war exist somewhere in the world at all times too (especially in the Middle East, where people have been killing each other for six mileenia and counting for no really legitimate reason).

My avi is one of the default ones here and to me accurately reflects how I feel from a maturity standpoint. I can't take care of myself these days if my life depended on it, and it doesn't seem to matter how much help I get at the moment. That's not the fault of anyone here...it's my fault completely. And it sickens me to the nines and beyond.

I spotted a beautiful sunset on my way back from town one evening in early Spring. The sky was lit up like wildfire.

I thought, "Spring! It's really coming!" Time for big changes. They can really happen.

Oh, Lord, Skared, I'm typing here and saw your avi move just a little....scared the hell out of me!!!

Anyway, changes, hopefully good healthy ones.

RUnning. My favorite run was a 9-mile hilly run south of my house. I quit runn9ing when I got sick. Now my goal was to get back into shape to run my 9miler. I think the goal is too lofty. I might have to change it to "Twomiler!" Ha.

Dang sickness. I quit running when I got sick too. I never did a 9 miler but the 10k was pretty cool. Maybe I should change my name to 6.2miler. No leg shots 4 me though. I'm sticking with my Aruba avi!

My avi is a tribute to Donna...She loved angels and animals..Although she had red hair, I saw this avi and wanted to post it..It reminds me of peace and this is how I think she is in Heaven..Watching over all her friends but also watching over all the animals friends here on earth..Her and I were kindred spirits for the love we share of animals..I am going to keep this avi and when I see it, I will remember her..Love you friend, will see you again..

I change my avi all the time! I get bored with it, also looking for a new one gives me something to do! And of course being a woman i can never make my mind up!

mines an Aye Aye they have really long middle fingers and know how to use them, i think it was Summerwind put up a post about what animal do you associate with or something like that. this one fits me pretty well.

Thank you Skared. But, it's more about being in the boat, in the water, and the death. Kind of something I've thought about for years. Can't really share.
