What does your avi signify or mean to you?

Mine shows the area of destruction carried out on my home town by the German Air force in WW2. July 11, 1940. The day my grandparents lost their house and family. A 6 mile island was levelled because of the Naval Base. It helps me remember why I am disgusted by mans constant need to kill each other.

Mine is a pic that a friend here edited for me, so it changes from my pic to my two boys. she surprised me with it and I love seeing it change to my boys.

My grandmother collected elephant figurines and she, like elephants, was a true matriarch.

Also, elephants are complex, emotional, sensitive and have a great memory.

This picture touched my soul because it shows the unconditional love between a child and a pet, shows the vulnerability of feeling so small in the world, the sensitive nature of the elephant.

Apparently, my Avi is to make me feel like an old, fuddy-duddy, as young people sometimes ask me who that is in my Avatar!!!! LOLOL!!!!!
