I lost my desire for music and sound in general when this last bout of depression set in. That being said, a mix cd of Metallica, Motley Crue and Guns and Roses that hasn't been turned on since probably January or Feburary.

i love chart/r+b so my ipod just had keane ft k'naan "stop for a minute" absolutely love it

I hope that you have a great day as well. I am a huge lover of music and a big believer that it is therapy for everyone. I listen to just about everything. From music that I heard as a kid with my parents to music that my teens listen to now. I burn alot of CDS and label them and keep them in my car. I also listen to country music which I learned to love from my hubby.lol. I cant give you one artist that I listen too...just many.

Rock, metal, 80's ANYTHING, a little pop, a little dance, some trance for strange moods, and my dorky little relaxation stuff like nature sounds...pretty much any sound that affects me gets played at one point or another:) I've even started to try classical, since I heard it was relaxing lol
