Everyday I feel more and more sick. Being in pain every day, I've learned to disguise it. So well that others don't believe my pain when I speak of it. Needing help but only receiving negative responses, I find my way but pay for it later. I absolutely need the rest but there's pressing things to be done.

The fruit, vegetables and plenty of pure water is the best start I think.
If you don't have a nut allergy, cashews have some ad properties. Every morning I juice around 5 lbs of vegetables, beets, broccoli, ginger, celery and a few other veggies on a rotation. I can honestly say that 20 minutes after juicing I feel better physically and mentally every time.
Finding the energy to juice a bunch of vegetables isn't easy with depression but its worth the struggle. Magnesium is very important amd often overlooked, if you can get a citrate powder of this (usually called "calm") its worth a try, esp before bedtime.
If you are going to juice try to get organic if you can as much as possible.
SingYourG is pretty much right on the money for this :)
