I'm having a not too bad day apart from feeling sleepy, but it's my day off so no worries. I am here at the computer for a while if you need to talk.

Hi. Yes things get harder. I think we are afraid to tell others about our issues and that is part of the hardness of things? My day was not great. I hope things are good with you.

Hugs.... it does, doesn’t it? But there is a reason for support groups too. :) so that we can all come together, support each other, pat each other on the shoulder and journey alongside with each other. Hang in there! Otherwise, we are here to listen. Praying for you. God bless!

Who are you telling!! Each day can feel like such a fight. And some days I just don't wake up with the energy or will to fight. But as mentioned, talking does help. I just started seeing a counselor to give me an unbiased and understanding listener. Being on here helps too. And when I have no one to talk to, I pray continuously, and think about that scripture at 1 Peter 5:7 that says to throw all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you. I hope this helps some. Hugs!!!
