Tying the knot

20 minutes and I’m like 75% sure I’m going to do it. 


I’m in excruciating pain. 


I don’t want to spread that pain to those of which I love. It really seems I’m out of options. 



Or maybe ive reached my limit for the millionth time. It’s weird to think i have a survival rate of 100% so far. 


I don’t know where my mind is, all I know is i am bruised and battered.

Thank you for reaching out. I sadly greatly understand the pain that comes from touching that blackness, but know that love is in standing with you till that crushing wave washes over. It is important to not be alone, and also to know that you not being around will hurt your loved ones the most. Shame lies to us, but you have nothing to be ashamed of. A trained professional can be a great help too. Hold on to love and it will wash over. You are in my prayers. He is my lifeline, and has saved my life in more then one way. I know it's a white knuckle ride but try and get through this ok? The worst will pass and you will be able to access some help and support. Take care and just breathe.

I’m so glad you made it through dear. I know how it is when you want to die, though I couldn’t ever know exactly what you’ve been through. The only reason I’m still here is cause of my faith and loved ones! Thanks for powering through! <3 it’s rough but you got this!

I feel it too. It’s unbearable, heavy, and you just want it to end. I stand on that edge every day, sometimes several times a day. I don’t enjoy anything it’s like everything is in black and white no color. One of the best things I read to do was to use a distraction. I’ll try and read something or find a stupid tv show or movie to watch. I’ll take it minute by minute if I have to. The only problem is when the feelings and pain come back. Each time it’s harder to come back but I still try. Don’t know why but I do. I wish you the best even though I don’t know you, but I do know no one deserves pain like this.
