I do understand. i have been exactly where you are, i promise. if you need to talk, i'm here to listen. tell me whatever you need to tell me. i may not have all or any answers, but i am a good listener and friend. i tried to kill myself a few months ago and ended up on a ventilator. i know you are serious, as i was. please hang on. you're not alone, although it may feel like it right now. Please call before you do anything rash. Please. They will help you and all of us are here to help you too. I had a brother try to commit suicide and it hurt everyone so much. I'm just so glad he didn't do it and now he is starting to do better in life. There is hope and you can make it. We know you're hurting and we love you. :)

Nobody is a waste of a person's time. Also, Beachside is right. You're kids need YOU. No kid deserves to lose a parent EVER. So please if only for your kids sake get some help.

For the love and sake of your beautiful children, who love and need their wonderful mom, reach out for help. Do what ever it takes to stay safe. The ER will give you the rest and help you need and deserve.
