today has been soooo shitty and i have the number 1 hangover of the year. like life keeps hitting bad like can't you just be good for one day?

You can control the things that impact your moods....the hangover could have been avoided and you probably would have felt a little better, add to the fact that alcohol is a depressant and it just makes the whole emotional system worse. Perhaps take some steps to get to a more healthy you.

Its the worst idea to drink when you are feeling unstable. Are you exercising and spending time outdoors? It can help a lot. Nothing is a miracle cure, but participating in healthy activities and trying to take care of yourself (even when thats the last thing you want to do) is better for your state of mind. Try to be more caring of yourself. We are stuck in our bodies, so might as well try to figure out what works best for us. Yeah existence often sucks...sadness and hopelessness permeate a significant amount of lives. What can we do? Suicide is the end all...otherwise we have to cope somehow. Just know that self defeating behaviors don't benefit you in the end. Develop healthy habits when you are still young.
