It really helped me to know that I was not alone. So I wrote a blog about all my experiences with panic attack, depression, agoraphobia and sex. I also wrote what helped me through them.
I only have 3 articles so far but I think they might help anybody who needs to feel that they aren't alone. I hope you read my story as it is pretty interesting and you can always message me if you need a panic buddy.

I guess I have to pay...

please feel free to give me feedback as this is my first experience of putting myself out there.
I was thinking if i was the only one to get an attack simply because I ate too much one day and that's how I decided to write. I wanted to know some other people experience the same things and I couldnt find much on the internet. It helps me a lot to know I'm not alone and other people have exactly same symptoms.
Anyways, I'm still working on myself everyday and I have so many stories about it- some funny ones too. I will write another article in a few days and will let you know :)
