I feel so guilty for wanting to talk to my support group about my issues.. as if Im asking for attention. So I bottle it up and it's so unhealthy. My mind is turning against me.. and I feel so hopless as what is there left to salvage. I feel so useless and a burden to all.

No your not useless and a burden. That's what this place is here for. I feel the same way sometimes but I get thru it it's tuff.
Your group is a support group for a reason. They are there to give you attention. They are there to give you free words born of bitter life experience that cost nothing to give and save years off lives. We were nearly broken on the wheel we see so many people out there trying to reinvent.
Let it go. Just be yourself. Talk. Other people's problems are not a burden. Only our own problems burden us. :)
So if screaming about it lets you move forward, then by all means let the screaming start!
