No your not useless and a burden. That's what this place is here for. I feel the same way sometimes but I get thru it it's tuff.

Your not a burden. It's your mind making feel that way. That is why support groups exist cause we here to help each other and have same simiralitys. It's not healthy to bottle it up inside. Your not alone. Hugs!!

I wasted a lot of years feeling this way, and now I can't think of anything I can't bear more. Young people suffering and miserable because they can't articulate the problem. Without articulating it, they can't get a fix. Us older people have all been through everything and we'd rather die than have anyone else suffer our lives. But until a younger person opens up and says the thing that's breaking them, there's nothing we can do.

Your group is a support group for a reason. They are there to give you attention. They are there to give you free words born of bitter life experience that cost nothing to give and save years off lives. We were nearly broken on the wheel we see so many people out there trying to reinvent.

Let it go. Just be yourself. Talk. Other people's problems are not a burden. Only our own problems burden us. :)

Please don't feel like a burden. This DS group exists for all of us to try to help each other. The worst thing you can do, is to keep things bottled up.. It will make you feel better to get your feelings out and share with the people in this group. They all have experienced some of the same things you are experience and they are willing to listen and try to help. Know you are not alone. Many of us have felt the same way at some time in our lives.

Please, vent away! Yell, cry, scream, whisper, beat around the bush, get directly to the point, do something! Getting it out can be very helpful, and if it seems trivial, don't worry! We have all held things in too long, to the point where even little things become big things.

So if screaming about it lets you move forward, then by all means let the screaming start!

Everyone there is venting! Please think of yourself as very much like the others because for the reasons that you are there, you are like them. I know it can be hard and your head is telling you all these unkind things about yourself that are just not true! Your feelings are important enough to be heard. We want to hear them here. So work on sharing something every time you are there, even if it's just a little. It will get easier but you have to work on it. Hugs.
