It has been getting worse. Every time I wake up I feel worthless. After the accident, my dad won't even look at me anymore. I feel like all I am is a burden to those around me: my speech and debate team, my parents, my teachers, m friends, and even my girlfriend. She tells me to go on and I try every day, but all I want to do is put a bullet through my head. I am hopless at this point. What should I do...?

hey i know i don’t know you and i understand this feeling of wanting to just let go, but think of it this way, the way you are feeling right now, would you ever want your girlfriend to feel that way. with you gone, you will be putting your girlfriend through so much greif that i’m sure you wouldn’t want to place on her. please just take a couple deep breaths, go to sleep, and wake up in the morning and live another day
