Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
My life was going good. I was happy. Yesterday that all changed. My best friend who is dating my other best friend came over and we were watching TV. The way he was acting was making me uncomfortable. He was laying on me and was hugging me and was touching my hands. Later that night, my sister walks into my room and asks me of I like him more than a friend. I told her he is like a big brother to me. His girlfriend early this morning texts me to see if I'm up (which I was) and asked to talk and I got scared. She siad they got in a huge fight and she was so upset. Now, I'm upset because I'm the reason why her and her boyfriend are fighting. Seeing my best friend in pain is the worst thing right now and I don't know how to stop it. I can't stop it. I'm watching both of my best friedns fall apart and I don't know what to do. I couldn't sleep because I had this on my mind, I didn't eat all day because I couldn't. I'm so tired and hungry but I feel like I'm going to vomit and I just want it to be over.

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
