Find something encouraging to say to yourself like I feel happy, I am self-assured, I am special, I have value - then tap on the points. You do this on both sides of the body. You will be amazed at how self-empowered you feel after this exercise. Doing these in replacement to those unhealthy thoughts. Also, are you on medication. I know the chemical imbalance is what causes depression for me it helps me become more stable, but I still have to work with a counselor on what is the underlying cause to my depression. For me I know it is I am too hard on myself and have too high of expectations every day. I will be praying for you. God is your strength. You can feel good! God bless! Hugs!
