hi ive joinded this group because i dont want to ask for help myself. My parents have always been obsessed with me and my mental health from a very young age when i was a kid i had a ton of friends but someone triggered me and i became scared and i did strange things so my parents took me to a psycologist over again and again to try and make me normal and it did the ooposite affect i isolated myself thinking that i was strange and a alien unlike everyone else i kept seeing psycologists all my childhood and through my teens and as they outcasted me more and more the doctors tried to diaganose me with several unfitting diagonises which were invalid i began acting out this was like pure torture to me to go throught thousands of hours of being told your not normal and trusting doctors that backstabbed me into where i am now my family and or i have moved several times i have been sent to treatments or boarding schools and i have no friends or skills because of what i had to go through instead of having a normal life and having fun i need to learn what my parents and skills actually work and not some cheap therapist advice i embarrase myself in most situations and always a lone wolfi wish i know the lessons i should have known by now i am now in my teens and still have to go through this same pattern

Seems that you think that is when 'it' all started. Soooo, in order to help you, we would need more details. You are going to have to clarify that to us.
You will NOT be judged. We don't do that here. We try very hard to be helpful.
Explain that a bit, and we will see what we can do for you.
