I got an email from Kohl's that I had a 40% off coupon for today and tomorrow only. It took me about an hour but I placed an order and got some great deals. I have been wanting a new dress. I like dressing up sometimes. My birthday is coming up and I have dinner plans at a nice restaurant. But, honestly, I'm a little out of control again. I went through this in the fall. I bought...

Has anyone else noticed that clearly speaking and doing things intentionally is liberating because it helps combat the feeling of depression and a sense of hopelessness? Let me share a little more: in my experience, when those who have tried to project a hidden agenda that is obviously not aligned with integrity and well-being, it's best to be firm and speak clearly from self-awareness and...

Immeasurable riches lie ahead. Don't give up now!
If all you have is a natural illness and your body never got destroyed by big pharma meds then hang on! Are you in Toronto? They have awesome help like camh etc. I wish I lived in Toronto, since the dr's where I live moonlight at mcdonalds on the weekend. Seriously, I hope your life isn't too bad but believe me, if you want to screw your life up, keep taking meds that were never tested longer than 6 months. I guarantee you the only person more suicidal than me, is dead already.
Btw, committing suicide takes guts and I mean GUTS! Follow the path of least resistance and stay alive. Staying alive is the easy way to go trust me on this. It's takes balls the size of Texas to do yourself in and if you aren't successful, you might be in a far worse place than you are now.
You are pretty young and I hope you have a good dr and not some a-hole pill pusher, depression isn't caused by a lack of prozac and believe it or not, drug manufacturers are more interested in selling you meds than seeing you better. I would love to torture a big pharma ceo with my bare hands and I am not really joking nor should I have to be.
If you are on meds and suicidal, obviously they aren't working, try to get ahold of a therapist where you can talk about things and keep in touch with help lines and even prayer lines. You can get through this and I know you have suffered for quite awhile but I really hope you can get better!!!!!
