I don't want to live anymore. I there is nothing in my life that brings me joy or any ounce of happiness. I hate my job, I have no personal life and I can barely get out of bed. I thought I'd feel better about myself if I could lose the extra weight but it just won't come off, even when doing an expensive diet plan and being very restrictive. I just don't want to do it anymore. I've thought long and hard about this and no one will miss me, people don't even notice when I am gone, it won't be that much different when it's permanent.
