I got kicked out of the grocery store parking lot where I was sleeping last night. I don't know where I will sleep tonight, The only places left are side streets which are really unsafe. I am in a very dangerous situation and am very worried. There is no place for me. I wish I was dead every day.

I know this is stupid, but after not being able to find a job after graduation for almost two years, I ended up just taking an online teaching job because I couldn't find anything in my field. I was trying to get out of teaching and I feel so devastated. I felt this crushing feeling when I signed the paperwork and when I was in the meetings. I know that sounds so dramatic but it is how I felt. It...

p.s. If you would like to talk to my friend on here that's a pastor, let me know and I'm sure he would be happy to.
SandyB45 - yes i saw PinterestFans list, and I have tried several of the places on it. I truly appreciate the time it took to research and post those for me.
LMT - Thanks, I will try to ask at a local church, but have a feeling they will just refer me to the shelters. I will ask if I can sleep in their parking lot tho. Not holding out much hope but I will ask. I have food stamps so I can eat.
Thank everyone for caring

I had a friend in CA that became homeless. She got together with other homeless people and they shared a campground space. But, you have to be careful of finding a decent bunch of homeless people. You might be surprised to find others also in your situation. They help each other out. She spent a year and a half that way. It wasn't so bad as she felt better then she had in years of being burdened with health issues and unpaid bills. She found a new kind of freedom.
What helped you when you were homeless before?
I got a paycheck and could check back into a weekly rental. I can't do that this time because I just can't work anymore. I am amazed at how long I was able to last at my job. I shouldn't have been working at all this past year. I haven't worked in several weeks now, I have no income with which to rent a place. Last time I was homeless I tried to go to the local shelters but had no luck getting in, they are always full and are very scary places besides. I felt better riding/sleeping on the public buses than I would have at a shelter. I am going to see if I can sleep in a church parking lot, and I will also try Walmart. It is scary to be homeless. I wish there was somewhere to park in the shade during the day, the heat is merciless. Sweat pours from my face and it's hard to breathe the air it's so hot. It doesn't drop below a hundred till well after midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. Thank you to everyone who cares. I will continue to try to keep in touch at the library. I worry about my laptop over heating in the car, afraid it will stop working one of these days. But till then I will check in, thanks everyone.
Praying for you and worried about you. The churches in the area sound like a really good option for you or the camp ground idea with some others you feel comfortable around. I know it might seem really scary right now and I can only imagine how bad you must feel, but you must know by know so many people on here care - myself included. At least you have food stamps so you can feed yourself. As billwfriend said, make sure your laptop has plenty of air around it so it won't overheat. God Bless. You will get through this.
