Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

HUGS
I think my biggest source of depression is tied to procrastination and the consequences of it. Well, that and other stuff.
I love growing peppers and tomatoes. But more than that I love to BBQ!
Thanks IhMan....
Just trying to leave a hug or a good thought and a little advice IF I have any input. I wish you all well.
I live in the Sonoran Desert, Phx metro area. 3 kids, 22, 19, and 14. No grand kids as of yet...I'm still in mama Mode.
depression has been a part of my life officially for about 3 and a half years...but unofficially since about 2000.....
I love this crazy place.
i suffer with recurrent depressive mood disorder
I live in Maine.. have a 32 yr old son and a 31 yr old step-daughter. My son has 4 children, my step-daughter 3. My husband and I have a difficult marriage and do not live together 100% of the time. I like to travel and do so as much as possible (I sort of run away)
I originally opened my account in 2007 - was inactive for quite a while.. took a short break recently.. although I was in contact with many friends elsewhere who convinced me to return..
My depression is somewhat better lately with (yet another) change of medication... and like many of you.. I've had to struggle, somtimes with medication causing more problems than actually helping.
I miss the fugbus and the parties we used to have, and many of the members who have left.
I also have to learn who all the new people are.
I am not a troll and do not have any other accounts. I have never caused problems for anyone here or at any other site... basically, I'm harmless, yet cautious.
This is a good thread.. thanks for posting it.. :-)
