While I was working at my job today my boss criticized how I was doing my job, and he could have simply said not to do something in a more polite manner but instead he ripped it from hands and gave me a lecture about why and how I’m not doing it right, but that’s not all he told me “you obviously can't handle doing this” and handed the equipment to someone who had never been on that station before. Right now I’m feeling really useless/upset and it’s bad, all my feelings are messed up because of that. Before he did all that he did exactly what I did but nobody told him that he was doing it wrong, and he did it maybe 10 or 12 times.

Do not beat yourself up. Do not talk badly with yourself. Talk to someone supportive and kind. Anyone, even if you have to pay them to talk.
