I have become a recluse. Since I have moved out I've let my anxiety and depression take the wheel. My relationships have paid the price. I don't see my family much. I don't talk to my sisters as often, we almost feel like strangers now. And I don't have any friends. Not a single one.
I've found myself turning to omegle to have some social interaction, but that has greatly bored me. Everyone there is just interested in cyber sex.
I feel like I don't know how to keep up relationships anymore.

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. I like dressing up sometimes. My birthday is coming up and I have dinner plans at a nice restaurant. But, honestly, I'm a little out of control again. I went through this in the fall. I bought...

Yeah it makes sense, I guess if our well is empty (depression/anxiety) we don't have a lot to give to others. I found that as I began to feel better, I acquired relationships. But it's like the chicken and egg thing, so kind of a conundrum. Do what makes you happy first, if that makes sense.
Cymiga, it's bittersweet to know someone shares how I feel! My health has gotten the best of me. I feel like I'm trapped behind tight limitations because of my health. I have tried working out recently (I really want to lose weight), but that has kind of turned around and bit me. I saw my family on Friday and after only four hours I was exhausted. All I wanted to do was go home and sleep.
& thank you eshaw! I hope you find friends & happiness as well!
