I just came from a facebook depression group and was looking for support but all I got was god this Jesus that... nobody offered their own opinion or support... I asked not to bring religion into this cause this is a depression group, not church then all hell broke out... everybody judging me and condemning me to hell... how is that support... I have a religious family member but they dont act like that... they accept my non belief and let me be... the offer to pray on my behalf and get my permission first as its a judgment to just tell someone they need to be prayed for dont they see the wrong doing it is... they dont like to here non believers the same as non believers dont wanna hear about god... sorry Im not bashing religion I just think it shouldn't be pushed upon... and assume the only way to happiness is with god...

I can EASILY see why you are athiest. That is EXACTLY why I could not 'buy' it. MUMBO JUMBO .. I even became disgusted with it.
The most important thing I said in my first reply is "it was explained to me in a way that I could understand". Until that happens, ... how CAN one relate? I understand you, Sir. I really do.
