I feel like the only person who doesn’t have plans & a big family event for the holidays . Everyone around me is talking about getting together with family and how special this time of year is. It’s not special for me, it’s actually very sad. I don’t have a close family and we don’t really get together for anything. It makes my depression and anxiety so much worse... it’s so sad to feel so alone at this time of the year. Am I the only one who doesn’t have the happy holiday traditions?
