I’m depressed I feel like crying because everyone I know yelled at me(family), my mother was upset at me for no reason, someone thought I was special needs (no offense but it hurt), and my religious leader put pressure on me to teach a lesson, my friend criticized my hair and dress.
So I feel pretty beaten up today. I really want to cry, but what if my brother or my mom comes in and sees me? I’ll probably be made fun of just for having emotions.

I know what it's like to have parents who think you should always be fine -- trust me, you're stronger for accepting your emotions.
Please do not get the impression, I am throwing F bombs on a regular basis, I had my mother-in-law in my home for three years, and my wife complimented me on my calmness and flexibility. I thought her mom was a nice lady who helped us early in our marriage and was doing the best she could and I was prepared to accomodate as I could. But no, you don't need to be depressed, and internalize unfair criticism.
Come back at mom. And if a religious leader is wrong, come back at him too. When our religious leader was wrong about something, I send an email out explaining why he was wrong to mixed reviews, but interestingly, his mother ultimately agreed with me (though she did not explicitly criticize her son.
