I do not know your circumstances but, I do know what the loss of life causes others. You see, I lost my 37 yr. old son in a car wreck. I never got to tell him that I loved him. I never got to hug him. I never got to say goodbye.

Life is worth living, in spite of all the issues we have to deal with in life. I have been shot, stabbed, had my hand crushed, my house burnt down and I lost everything. I lost my job. I got a divorce, and, I was basically disowned by my family for years.

Now, I am a Pastor and have been preaching for 41 yrs. Do not give up on life. I am here if you wish to message me.

I'm still here, for now. I'm just trying to fight for my life. Fight to want to stay alive. I'm just tired of fighting. I do have friends with me at all times right now by the way.

Bernie, I get tired of fighting too. I'm 60 yrs. old with no friends, no car, and I live alone. I hit a curb with my car (before it died), the air bag blew up in my face and now I have severe hearing loss. I've been diagnosed with 2 more health conditions on top of the mental & fibro. Trust me - the thought has run through my head so often. What keeps me alive is what I would do to my family. Hold dear your friends and family - way more important than anything. What I wouldn't do for just one close friend. Please hold on!

I just read your post bernie. I am glad you chose yo Stick around . There is a lot of people here on your corner. Things do get better, maybe not right away but they do.

Please don't go down the suicide route. You are valued, even if you don't feel it. Stick with this website----am sure we can all help each other.

You don't have to fight for your life. you have to fight to die. Dying is the active move. You have to get out of your chair to kill yourself, if you don't get out of your chair you will continue to live.

I'm starting to feel a little better. I think the higher dose of medicine is helping, but i still have my spells of suicide thoughts. So for now i'm still here.

I'm so estatic to hear u are feeling a little better and it's a wonderful accomplishment when u can acknowledge it urself. Congrats Bernie96 u r getting!!!!!!! It's such a pleasure having u around :) :) :)
