I'm in a crisis that began this February, and have had the worst nights of my life this year. Some nights I constantly smoked cigarettes and yelled the f word off the balcony and could not sleep a wink. One night some medics had to come and give me a tranquilizer shot that knocked me out for 8 hours. I was having an extreme panic attack. I need this to end.
