Be proud of what you have been through
If you survived today, it is good enough
The best closure is knowing that you've tried your best
Be proud of the progress you are making no matter how small

You have the strength to become what you need
Don't ever apologize for being yourself

Say "it's okay" instead of throwing a chair on them (imjoking)
