It's hard to explain to people that sometimes hard being so called happy isn't easiest thing to do.
I wake up, my partner is gone to work. I'm alone, tried walking it doesn't work anymore.
Home alone for hours, watching tv, phone just not enough.
My minds starts to wonder which is not a positive way.
Sometimes I wonder how long can that living like this.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

After the home quarantine....I came up with a bunch of different routines/hobbies...but now after almost 2 months of it...I am also sick of them lol.
I need some more stimulation. Sometimes...I find that reading up about yourself...can be fun...what I mean is...maybe astrology, life path numbers, personality tests, quizzes on likes dislikes? It helps you to start thinking about yourself and your qualities...and brings some good focus on what you want and like.
Sending you light and love!
