Multiple triggers created by dark thinking. Childhood memories, conflicting personality traits, loneliness, guilt, shame, work, stress, overwhelmed, etc. bad night. And baybdots that is so funny you mention. I struggle with sleep but it really is the only time the boggie man goes away. Hugs to you all. Xoxoxo

It is very easy to go down that path. My husband reminds me to be careful when he recognizes that I'm headed that direction with my thinking. Do you have a good support system that would allow you to share your feelings with them? Sometimes it helps me to recognize the lies I am believing when I speak them out loud to someone else. I hope you find rest.

Thank you for the advice. I do have a support system although I tend to keep quite until I can’t hold it in. People that have known me pick up on it. It feels strange when people ask if I’m okay but I know I’m lucky at the same time. I’ve been really up and down this week. I just want to wake up like it’s a bad dream. I have been believing my lies. I pray for rest. I pray for peace for all of us that are suffering. Xo
