Just wanted to do a check in maybe see how everyone is doing .
I'm kinda lonely tonight, but otherwise ok. Been a slow night at work. I'm not looking too forward to the weekend though....tons of yard work waiting for me. But I guess being outside in the fresh chicken manure breeze isn't all bad. Lol
( I live in the country surrounded by farms that are spreading it)

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon
I don’t think breathing chicken fumes is good. I have chores and yard work too but I have horses so that’s my fault.
Hopefully you have a out of town trip soon to get some real fresh air.
I just came back from a little walk with my pooch.... Nothing exciting on the horizon this weekend

I love horses! I don't have any but our neighbors do and sometimes they get loose and come to visit us. They have 3 and a donkey.
Good luck with your chores try not to overdo it and fit some time for yourself in there. That's my plan too...only time will tell if I actually stick to it .

What kind of dog do you have? I have two both rescues from the shelter, a lab/ setter mix named Harley Quinn she's a pup probably 9mos old full of energy and puppy love.
And Abigail, a chaweenie. She's roughly 10 but still ferociously guards the house (if she's not sleeping)
She kinda looks like a tiny 12lb jaba the hut.
