This week was very tough for me. Feel like nothing is within my control.

Yes everyone at my house hurt their backs over the weekend and it's that time of the month and no money til payday. Boring week.

Hurt their backs? All at once? That sucks, I don't have money until payday either. It's even worse in the summer when you feel like you SHOULD be doing something but all there is to do is lay in bed.

It's been bad on this end. Maybe its something in the air.

Yes. I had a bad week. I was looking forward to vegitating on the couch this weekend but have an out of town guest. Figures I wouldn’t get any emergency calls from work and now I have to sit there and entertain someone when I wish I was alone.

The word to describe my week is exhausting. I think I have a lot more going on in my life than I can truly handle. I pray for strength each day to get through and so far, I haven't been disappointed. I yearn for some me time, alone time, to relax time. I stay on the go so much doing for other people that I don't take time to enjoy the simple things. I know better days and weeks are ahead so I just try to live in the present no matter how busy the present is. I pray the latter part of everyone's week will be better than the former part.

That is rough... It's always important to carve out "me" time and not feel guilty about it. Could you hire a sitter? Mom's need self-care, too. Be there for yourself just as much as others. It will make you happier, and I bet therefore more productive than being exhausted.

Wow I too have had a horrible week. Geez it took all I had to go in to work. I struggle with anxiety and depression - and so when i am feeling like i cant get out of bed to do anything i remember my anxiety will kick me in the butt later cause i struggle when i am alone. so going to work is a huge help for me. i hope your days get better :) rest well and take some you time

I agree keeping busy is a MAJOR life savor. Also when I don't want to do a task because I am too depressed, anxious, overwhelmed... I force myself to just do it for 5 minutes.. Just put 2 shirts away, do the rest later.. and ya know what? I usually end up finishing the whole thing. Or, if I don't finish, I don't feel defeated in the same way as if I set out to accomplish the whole task at once.

Today work is better... Home life still rocky.
