I suffer from postpartum depression. The main thing I could do to get out of depression is to accept a breakup that happened years ago. I just can't seem to let go of that person. He moved on pretty fast and is married now .I can't let go of him. My therapist says to just let go.But I can't seem to do it.It hurts to think that I need to let go.Anyone else has this problem??

Unfortunately, no-one can tell you how to let go, only you can do that. Have you asked yourself why you feel the need to hang on to someone who is no longer available? I know it hurts but maybe like any loss, you need to go through the 5 steps of grief,, and maybe that will help. How long have you been feeling this way? No-one is saying that you have to stop loving this person, but if you don't let go of something that is no longer, you will never get the chance to be happy again. The right person is out there for you. Hugs GB

I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
