Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I haven't been getting much of it lately, but personally I'm very much in favor of it. I think it's probably necessary to keep our species alive and such. I think that sex should be part of standard therapy and should be paid for by the HMOs. I'm sure it would cure depression for a lot of people.

I have always been a highly sensual and sexual person, thank goodness that has not changed with my depression.
I also have a very open mind and try new things....also make a decision to LOSE your inhibitions. Get naked and be comfortable with your own body! That's when great sex happens.
