My daughter, 200 miles away, is going to have to have her gall bladder removed. She is 48.

What effect will this have on her activity and diet? Her energy level?

not much, it is not like it used to be 40 years ok. I had mine out, rested a few days and back to work.That was 20 years ago. I can imagine that it is better now. Back when my Mom had one, they had to split you open and left a horrible scar. I have one about an inch long.

SIL does not communicate well with me. Maybe it is me. Maybe he is trying to stay positive. I do not know what is going on except My Daughter does not want me to worry. (That usually means there is something to worry about)

I know Doctor inserted mesh pads to trap blood clots. (that is why she is sedated) And they want her to REST! No visitors except her husband this week.

I went to church this morning responded to the INVITATION. I asked for prayers that I, My Daughter and her family be comforted; and I cried for the first time in 8 years.

That alone is comforting and so cleansing.

SIL called last night. Things are not going well She is getting worse.

He is meeting with her doctors this morning to discuss options. I will probably know something by 10:00 but will be at work.

I expect to have to make another 200 mile each way trip alone and dont know how long I will be gone.

My Daughter fell into a coma yesterday afternoon and became unresponsive. She passed away at 3:55 this afternoon without regaining consciousness. Only 11 days after her diagnosis.

    Many of you know Mr K told me to "shut your mouth" in March 2025 when we took a road trip to Alpena Michigan. Since that time, we have had lots of ups and downs but I have never intentionally hurt Mr K in anyway.
