I've been having an ever-increasing realm of symptoms, ranging from my mind racing at a million miles a minute one minute, and then laser focused the next. I have many other symptoms, and my doctors think they have misdiagnosed me as just having depression, when they believe i really have mixed mania. they are scaling back my medications, and now I can't sleep. To top it off, I'm having marital issues, and will soon be just me and her as the kids are going off to school. Once I'm weened off my meds, they want to send me to a specialist. I'm also losing my job Oct 2nd, so I'm at my wits end, not sure what I should do anymore. I'm not thinking of killing myself, but as i continue to get less and less sleep, i become worse off in so many ways. My other illnesses are complicating things, and i'm just at my wits end.

Have you spoken with your doctors by any chance about what scaling back has done to you? Do you think that it is the medication that might be doing that with not being able to sleep? If you can't get into an appointment soon, should you choose to do so, even talking to them over the phone might be of some help.
I completely understand being at your wits end. I've been there many times due to my insomnia. It is never easy to function when you don't have the proper sleep that you need. Should you ever feel like venting, etc... Please don't hesitate to message!
